A white label operator is a company that offers hotel services in the name of another company, using the branding of the partner. The advantage is that an individually managed operation gains access to central reservation, sales and customer loyalty programs of an international hotel chain, but without giving up the established name of the hotel. The fee structure is composed of a percentage of room count and/or total revenue, as well as revenue-based fees for customer loyalty programs, and typically amounts to 4-5% of the revenue.
