Mustafa Özdemir, Partner beim mrp hotels, hat mit 16 Jahren in der Resort Hotellerie gestartet und seine Passion zur Hospitality Industrie entwickelt. Management at mrp hotels and has extensive experience in asset management,
operational and financial restructuring of hotel assets and feasibility
studies.
Philipp advises
and leads several asset management mandates and hotel consultancy projects
which include assets across Europe.
His academic
career includes a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the renowned Glion
Institute of Higher Education and a master’s degree in International Management
from IE Business School Madrid.
Martin Zrustek verantwortet seit Frühjahr 2020 die strategischen und operativen Finanzagenden der mrp Gruppe, unterstützt Klienten in den Bereichen der Budgetierung, des Forecasts, des Reportings, des Cash-Managements, sowie der Prozessoptimierung und beschäftigt sich mit dem Einsatz innovativer Finanzthemen. Zudem leitet er die finanziellen Agenden der LOISIUM Wine & Spa-Hotels.
Die Vereinbarung von fachlichem und persönlichem Know-how, operativen und administrativen Abläufen, internem und externem Rechnungswesen, Leadership und Steuerung ist Martin Zrustek ein besonderes Anliegen in seinem beruflichen Alltag, welchem er stets mit Freude nachgeht.
Catherine Szolar, VP Advisory bei mrp hotels, absolvierte ihr BBA-Studium an der Modul University Vienna sowie ihr MSc-Studium an der University of Surrey in England.
Anschließend sammelte Sie langjährige Erfahrungen im Hotels Team des internationalen Immobiliendienstleisters CBRE in London und Wien.
Weitere berufliche Stationen inkludieren das Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok sowie den Wiener Tourismusverband.

Gabriel Kies joined the berlin
mrp team in October 2022.
Gabriel started his career with an apprenticeship as hotel expert with
additional qualifications and his subsequent dual studies with a focus on hotel
and catering management, he is completing his career entry as a junior
consultant with mrp hotels.
After his training in the luxury hotel industry, Gabriel’s aim is to develop his expertise at the highest-level
day by day. According to the motto
“standing still is a step backwards”, he not only wants to move
forward projects and tasks that arise.
At mrp hotels he focuses primarily on the topic of revenue management,
so that customers can get the best out of their product even in fast-moving and
uncertain times.
Felix Fey has been part of mrp hotels since mid 2021 and supports the Berlin team with operational and financial expertise.
Prior his dual studies at Reichshof Hamburg – Curio Collection by Hilton, he was able to gather operational experience in the luxury and holiday hotel industry at the Baltic Sea.
During and upon completion of his studies, Felix focused on expanding his knowledge of the financial evaluation and analysis of the hotel industry. He most recently did this at the hotel software company Fairmas.
Hannah Struck joined the Vienna team in February 2022. Hannah completed her bachelor’s degree in hotel management and gained experience in hotel revenue management after her studies.
She is currently completing her master’s degree with a focus on controlling. At mrp hotels, Hannah is primarily involved in asset management.

Daniele Giovannacci verstärkt das Team in Wien seit Juni 2023. Nachdem er mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung in verschiedenen Bereichen von Luxushotels gesammelt hat, hat er seinen Bachelor in Hotelmanagement an der berühmten EHL Hospitality Business School erworben.

Yuki Pape sammelte während und nach ihrem Bachelor-Studium am Glion Institute of Higher Education umfassende Erfahrungen in der internationalen Luxus-Hotellerie, mit Stationen in Tokyo und Dubai. Zuletzt absolvierte sie ein Management-Training im Bereich Business Development im Waldorf Astoria Berlin.
Seit September 2024 ist sie Teil des Wiener Teams von mrp hotels und unterstützt sowohl im Asset Management als auch in Strategy & Advisory.

Bianca Ernst ist seit 2024 Office Managerin bei mrp hotels. Neben einer fundierten Ausbildung in der Hotellerie sowie einem Studium der Hotelbetriebswirtschaft bringt sie umfangreiche Erfahrung aus Führungspositionen in der internationalen Luxushotellerie mit. Ihre beruflichen Stationen führten sie von Deutschland über Großbritannien nach Österreich.
Mit ihrer umfassenden Expertise und exzellenten organisatorischen Fähigkeiten übernimmt Bianca eine Schlüsselrolle im Unternehmen und sorgt dafür, dass alle administrativen Prozesse effizient und reibungslos ablaufen. Sie trägt maßgeblich zur Unterstützung und Optimierung des Tagesgeschäfts bei und stellt sicher, dass das Team in einem gut strukturierten Umfeld erfolgreich arbeiten kann.
Katharina Holowka-Grünwidl hat im September 2024 den Bereich Brand & Communication bei mrp hotels übernommen.
Die Absolventin der Modul University und erfahrene Marketing- und PR-Expertin verfügt über langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Hotellerie, im Verlagswesen und in der Immobilienbranche.
Bei mrp hotels ist sie für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Markenstrategie, sämtlicher Kommunikationsmaßnahmen und der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit verantwortlich.
Moritz Schmidt verstärkt seit Dezember 2024 das Strategy & Advisory Team bei mrp hotels.
Nach seinem dualen Studium BWL-Immobilienwirtschaft sammelte er Erfahrungen in der strategischen Immobilienberatung von Großunternehmen beim Immobiliendienstleister BNP Paribas Real Estate in Frankfurt am Main sowie bei der KPMG Advisory GmbH in Wien. Im Zuge dessen arbeitete er an (inter-)nationalen Projekten der Assetklassen Hotel, Office, Residential und Retail.

Sabrina Fiala verstärkt seit Januar 2025 das Revenue Management Team von mrp hotels.
Mit einer umfangreichen Berufserfahrung in der internationalen Hotelindustrie und der Luxushotellerie auf den Seychellen, Bali und in den Niederlanden, sowie in der nationalen 5*-Hotellerie und einem Masterabschluss an der WU Executive Academy, verfügt sie über eine umfassende Expertise in Theorie und Praxis.

Upon completing his studies in the hotel and tourism sector, Martin Schaffer, partner at mrp hotels, was able to gain professional experience in management consulting and the aviation industry. “Transparency, clarity and good partnerships with employees, partners and customers are all of equal importance to me.” At mrp hotels, Martin Schaffer is responsible for business development. In particular, he works in the field of feasibility studies, strategy development and the reorganization of hotel projects.
A partner at mrp hotels, Mustafa Özdemir started his career in the resort hotel industry at the age of 16. He subsequently developed a passion for the hospitality industry and gathered much operational experience working for different hotel concepts, including summer & winter resort hotels, city hotels, theme hotels, boutique hotels, as well as owner-managed and chain hotels. This provided Mustafa with versatile learning experiences and have given him with a well-rounded understanding of the industry.

With over 15 years of experience in the international hotel industry, Gilbert-André Ghammachi, a partner at mrp hotels, specializes in revenue management, sales, distribution and e-commerce.

Gilbert-André Ghammachi’s field of responsibility at mrp hotels is e-commerce. In particular, he works in the field of revenue distribution, e-commerce & interim management.
Martin Zrustek has been responsible for the mrp group’s strategic and operational financial agendas since spring 2020. In that role he supports clients in the areas of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash management and process optimization.
As well as dealing with the implementation of innovative financial topics, he also heads LOISIUM Wine & Spa Hotels’ financial agendas.
A particular focus of Martin’s in his everyday professional life is the combination of professional and personal know-how, operational and administrative processes, internal and external accounting, as well as leadership and control. He pursues this focus with passion.
Daniele Giovannacci joins the team in Vienna in June 2023. After gaining several years of practical experience in different areas of luxury hotels, he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management from the famous EHL Hospitality Business School.

Yuki Pape gained extensive experience in the international luxury hotel industry during and after her bachelor’s degree at the Glion Institute of Higher Education, with stints in Tokyo and Dubai. Most recently, she completed a management training programme in business development at the Waldorf Astoria Berlin.
She has been part of the Vienna team at mrp hotels since September 2024, providing support in both Asset Management and Strategy & Advisory.

Bianca Ernst has been Office Manager at mrp hotels since 2024. In addition to a sound education in the hotel industry and a degree in hotel management, she has extensive experience from management positions in the international luxury hotel industry. Her professional career has taken her from Germany to Great Britain to Austria.
With her extensive expertise and excellent organisational skills, Bianca plays a key role in the company and ensures that all administrative processes run efficiently and smoothly. She plays a key role in supporting and optimising the day-to-day business and ensures that the team can work successfully in a well-structured environment.

The Modul University graduate and experienced marketing and PR expert has many years of professional experience in the hotel, publishing and real estate industries.
At mrp hotels, she is responsible for the further development and implementation of the brand strategy, all communication measures and public relations.
Moritz Schmidt joined the Strategy & Advisory team at mrp hotels in December 2024.
After completing his dual degree in Business Administration and Real Estate Management, he gained experience in strategic property consulting for large companies at BNP Paribas Real Estate in Frankfurt am Main and at KPMG Advisory GmbH in Vienna. During this time, he worked on (inter-)national projects in the hotel, office, residential and retail asset classes.
