With June 2022, mrp hotels is also based in Munich, the company’s second location in Germany after Berlin. Katharina Preiss, who is supporting the management team as Senior Vice President Germany since May 2022, will take over the management and further expansion of the new location.

At the beginning while establishing the Munich location, employees are to be deployed flexible across existing locations.
From the management’s point of view, the recovery of the German hotel market justifies two representative offices in Germany. Especially in southern Germany, mrp hotels sees considerable market potential, as the numerous hotel investors located in and around Munich already reflect. Therefor mrp hotels wants to be closer to its customers in Munich. The new location will allow mrp to further expand its presence in this region as well as the good connections to promising neighbouring markets.
