Creem Path

The CREEM path is an assessment model for reducing CO₂ emissions from real estate in line with the Paris climate targets. It shows how much CO₂ a building is allowed to emit per year – and thus also defines the point at which an asset becomes a ‘stranded asset’. In the hotel real estate sector in particular, the CREEM Path serves as an ESG-oriented management tool for sustainable planning, development and use.
