Martin Schaffer ist Managing Partner bei mrp hotels und verfügt über mehr als 20 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung. Als Investor und Betreiber mehrerer Hotels in Europa kennt er die Branche aus unterschiedlichen Perspektiven.

 

Bei mrp hotels verantwortet er das Business Development mit Schwerpunkt auf Feasibility-Studien, Strategieentwicklung und Reorganisation komplexer Hotelprojekte. Als gefragter Speaker und Branchenexperte ist er Impulsgeber und Vordenker der europäischen Hotelimmobilienbranche.

Felix Gnadl

Felix Gnadl verstärkt das Team in Berlin seit Juli 2021 als Trainee. Schon vor seinem dualen Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre im Bereich Tourismus sammelte er in verschiedenen Bereichen der internationalen Hotellerie drei Jahre lang in den Ländern Türkei und Spanien Erfahrung. 

Nach seinem Bachelorabschluss vertiefte er seine Kenntnisse vor Allem im Bereich Food & Beverage, indem er zunächst als Assistent Food & Beverage Manager in Portugal und anschließend auch als Food & Beverage Manager in Spanien tätig war.
