Your role with us: As a Real Estate Agent for Hotel Properties, you will support national and international transactions, develop market strategies, bring buyers and sellers together, and position attractive hotel projects on the market. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Acquisition and management of sales and search mandates in the hotel real estate sector
  • Advising owners, investors & developers on marketing, positioning, and pricing
  • Supporting transaction processes – from initial contact to closing
  • Creating and preparing exposés, market analyses, presentations, and reports
  • Collaborating with internal teams in asset management, strategy & consulting

What you bring to the table:

  • Experience in real estate sales, preferably in commercial or hospitality real estate
  • Valid Austrian real estate broker license
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent understanding of markets and numbers
  • Confident and professional demeanor in client interactions
  • Independent, mobile, and cross-location working style
  • Excellent German and English skills (additional languages are a plus)
  • Proficient use of CRM systems & digital affinity (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Open-minded, structured & proactive personality

In addition to an inspiring work environment and the unique mrp hotels spirit, you can expect an attractive compensation package: For this position, a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,400 is foreseen based on full-time (40 hours/week), in accordance with pay group III of the Austrian collective agreement for real estate managers. You’ll also benefit from a variable salary component based on your individual sales performance. Your actual earnings will be discussed with you personally, based on your qualifications and commitment. You also have the opportunity to earn up to 10% of your annual salary as a performance-based bonus.
