Your role with us:
You’ll actively contribute to the development of our company through your involvement in strategic projects, your keen eye for what matters, and your fresh ideas. Your key areas of responsibility include:

  • Project management & project support
  • Participation in feasibility studies & renovation projects
  • Support with operator searches & asset management activities
  • Acquisition support alongside senior management & partners
  • Assistance with internal projects & corporate development
  • Team assistance with growth potential
  • Support in developing internal tools and initiatives such as databases, event planning, or workshops

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business
  • Initial work experience in hospitality, development, or investment management
  • Independent, mobile, and cross-location working style
  • Excellent German and English skills (additional languages welcome)
  • Confident use of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint & Salesforce
  • Open-minded, structured & proactive personality

In addition to an inspiring work environment and the unmistakable mrp hotels spirit, you can expect an attractive compensation package: For this role, a gross monthly salary of EUR 2,700 is foreseen based on full-time employment (40 hours/week), according to pay group III of the Austrian collective agreement for employees in Information and Consulting. Your actual salary will depend on your experience and contribution – and we’re happy to discuss it with you in person. In addition, you have the opportunity to earn a performance-based bonus of up to 10% of your annual salary.

Yuki Pape

Yuki Pape sammelte während und nach ihrem Bachelor-Studium am Glion Institute of Higher Education umfassende Erfahrungen in der internationalen Luxus-Hotellerie, mit Stationen in Tokyo und Dubai. Zuletzt absolvierte sie ein Management-Training im Bereich Business Development im Waldorf Astoria Berlin.

Seit September 2024 ist sie Teil des Wiener Teams von mrp hotels und unterstützt sowohl im Asset Management als auch in Strategy & Advisory.
