How can you describe the expertise of mrp hotels in just one sentence? Years of know-how, extensive qualifications and international experience with offices in Vienna, Berlin, Amsterdam and Istanbul. In autumn of 2019, mrp hotels’ acquisition of shares in Germany’s Hospitality Competence (HCB) Berlin brought the company one step closer to becoming the quality and innovation leader in Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the BENELUX countries. Since 1 January 2020, Horwath HTL Deutschland has operated under the brand name mrp hotels – strengthening the uniform brand presence, expanding synergy potential and widening the range of services.
Who we are
A total of 25 employees work in interdisciplinary teams to best offer consultation services across the entire life cycle of hotel properties. At mrp hotels, we deal with the following areas, among others, at a European level:
- hotel-related topics in planning and development, concept creation and project management,
- technical services for hotel groups,
- asset/performance management, operator searches and transaction support, and
- reorganisation and interim management of hotels.
HCB’s founding partner Olaf Steinhage and mrp hotels partner Martin Schaffer are joint managing directors with mrp in Germany.
