In addition to a reliable evaluation of historical data, continuous market analysis with regard to future developments is also necessary for targeted positioning and an efficient pricing strategy.&amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt;\n&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br \/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;\n&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;The forecast extrapolates previous booking figures and predicts the results for the period. The forecast takes into account factors such as trade fairs and conferences at the location, holiday and public holiday dates, booked events at the hotel and existing corporate contracts. Based on experience and previous year&amp;#039;s figures, it highlights how the period is expected to develop. F&#xFC;r eine gezielte Positionierung und effiziente Preisstrategie sind neben einer verl&#xE4;sslichen Auswertung der Vergangenheitsdaten auch eine kontinuierliche Marktanalyse hinsichtlich zuk&#xFC;nftiger Entwicklungen vonn&#xF6;ten.&amp;lt;\/p&amp;gt;\n&amp;lt;!-- \/wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;&amp;lt;br \/&amp;gt;&amp;lt;!-- wp:paragraph --&amp;gt;\n&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;Im Forecast werden die bisherigen Buchungsst&#xE4;nde hochgerechnet und es wird eine Prognose des Periodenergebnisses aufgestellt.
